Directions
- From Downtown Houston: Travel North on Hwy. 59; Take the exit toward Farm to Market 1314/Porter/Conroe; Turn Left onto FM 1314; Continue on FM 1314 about 1.0 miles and Active Development Therapies will be on the Left, just past the Old Sorters Rd. stop light.
- From Cleveland: Travel South on Hwy. 59; Take the exit toward Farm to Market 1314/Porter/Conroe; Turn Right onto FM 1314; Continue on FM 1314 about 1.0 miles and Active Development Therapies will be on the Left, just past the Old Sorters Rd. stop light.
