Assistive Technology Evaluations
- Provides comprehensive evaluation to determine you or your child’s ability to access their environment in a least restrictive manner, including: communication, mobility, ambulation, visual, auditory, emergency assistance, etc.
Durable Medical Equipment Evaluations
- Provides required evaluation from a licensed clinician, who will then assist with determination and acquisition of any type of durable medical equipment necessary for you or your child to function as independently as possible
Orthotic and/or Prosthetic Evaluations
- Provides thorough evaluation from a licensed clinician that will determine what device will allow you or your child to function with more stable mobility within your everyday environment
